cancellation of an order
You have the option to cancel your last purchase within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us via email. After these 12 hours, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. Once this period has passed, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment.
If you wish to cancel your order after the 12 hours have passed, you must follow the return procedure.
Important information about returning items
Shop without risk: You can keep our clothes for 14 days and, if they are not perfect for you, simply return them free of charge - without giving any reason.
All returns are free of charge for our customers. We will cover the return shipping costs.
For a successful return, all items must be returned within 14 days of receipt . If this is not done in time, unfortunately we will not be able to process the return.
Returns that cannot be accepted:

Return deadline exceeded:
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept the return. -
Damaged or worn condition:
Returns will not be accepted if items have been used, washed, altered or damaged. -
Missing original packaging or labels:
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Without these, we cannot process the return. -
Incomplete returns:
If parts of an item or set are missing, a return is not possible. -
Unauthorized returns:
Returns without our provided return label or QR code will not be accepted. Our business address is not a return address - packages sent there cannot be processed. -
Hygiene products:
Items such as underwear or swimwear can only be returned unworn and in their original, unopened packaging.
The prerequisite for returns is that the customer has created a customer account with us. There they will find either a return label or a QR code to create the return label. Alternatively, the QR code or return label is provided in every email starting with the purchase confirmation email.
Once we have received the goods, the purchase price will be refunded within 5-7 working days.

Received wrong item
In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:
- your order number
- The name of the item you should have received
- The name of the received article
- A photo of the received article
Exchange
We're sorry, but we don't support direct product exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, we recommend that you return the product first and then re-order the correct item.
collection point and refused orders
If an item is sent to a collection point and you do not collect it within the agreed time, we will consider this a rejection of the order.
Rejected packages will incur return shipping costs, including the cost of returning and processing the item(s) from your order. The return shipping cost is €4.90 per order, plus DHL shipping costs of €5.49.

- Please ensure that all returned goods are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Please ensure that all returns are sent via a traceable, insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
