How can I return my order?
You can try our clothes risk-free for 14 days. If it is not perfect for you, you can return it free of charge and without giving any reason. Returns can be made at a drop-off point. The return label or a QR code for return will be provided. Customers who shop as guests can start the return process using the link in the order confirmation email.

What payment methods does Legends Prestige accept?
Legends Prestige accepts the following payment methods:

  • credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • debit cards (e.g. Maestro)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Klarna (invoice or installment purchase)

This allows you to pay flexibly and securely.

How long does the refund take?
Once the return has been made, the purchase amount will be credited to the account within 5-7 business days after receipt of the return.

What do I need to consider when returning the item?
Items must be returned in their original condition and with all labels.

How does the exchange work?
Direct exchanges are not currently possible. Please return the item and re-order the desired item. Returns must be made within the return period and items must be in their original condition.

How can I prepare my return?
If the original packaging is no longer available, another suitable packaging that is properly sealed can be used. It is not necessary to write a delivery address on the package or attach the receipt, as all information is included in the return label.
